2024-11-19 - SPRING SEMESTER 2025
We will start sending out housing offers to all new international students in the beginning of December. Please make sure that you have a registration on our website and state your preferences clearly. We will be able to help all new students with a housing.
The start of the spring semester contract is January 19, 2025.
You don't need to send us your admission letter. We will receive a list from the university over all new students.

2024-06-26 - Information to the new international students
We have started the process of sending out all student housings. At the moment we are fully booked and we have around 50 students in queue for a housing offer. Therefor we reccomend you to accept the housing offer you have received, even if it's not your first choice.
If you haven't received a housing offer yet, we will try our best to send you a housing offer during the upcoming weeks.

2023-04-05 - Yearly rent increase
Mimer has finished the rent negotiations with the tenant association and the annual rent increase is 4.62 %. The rent will be increased from first of February 2023.
Mälarblockets yearly rent increase for Junior is 6 % from first of August 2023.

2023-01-09 - Student housing from January 15
We have accommodations for internaitonal students, available from January 15, 2023. Contact us by email right away if you are intrested in renting an accommodation for the spring semester 2023.
2022-12-06 - First offers for new students of Spring semeter 2023
The first offers of accommodations has been sent out to the new students. If you have not received an offer yet, you are placed in the waiting list. We will send out more offers as soon as possible.

2022-11-03 - Change of accommodation in Spring 2023
If you have applied for a change of accommodation we will send you a housing offer during the upcoming week. Keep in mind that you must have a registration on our website to be able to receive an offer. State your preferences clearly in the registration.

2022-10-14 - Information to all tenants
Rental payments for second half of the autumn semester are due 2022-10-31, this is the last rental payment for this semester.
In addition, a departure form for autumn semester 2022 has been sent to your e-mail. The deadline to hand in the departure form is 2022-10-28. If you have not contacted us to prolong your lease or applied for a change of accommodation, your lease will end on January 11, 2023.

2020-06-17 - New international students
New students for the autumn semester can now apply for student housing. Send us an email with your admission letter and we will reply with a housing offer. If you know which housing you are intrested in - please let us know in the email. We will during the day publish all student housings available on our website. If you see a housing alternative that you would like to apply for - send an email to info@bostadvasteras.se and we will send you the offer.

2020-03-18 - Important information to all tenants
Due to the Coronavirus
We as a company and our employees follow the instructions and guidelines given by the authorities. For the benefit of all, we wish our customers to use other contact routes than to visit our office. For everyone's safety, we avoid physical contact and keep distance.
Email us at info@bostadvasteras.se, we always try to reply to your email the same day if you email us during our opening hours.
Or call us on 021-17 19 50 during 10-12 and 14-16.
Of course, our office is still open if you, for example, need to collect or return keys. However, avoid visiting us if you have any symptoms of a cold.
Keep in mind that the rent for second half of this semester is due March 31, 2020. You are bound by the lease to pay the rent for the whole semester, even if you are leaving the accommodation earlier.

2019-12-05 - Spring semester 2020
We will start sending out housing offers during today to all new internaitonal students. Make sure that you have a registration on our website. If you don't receive a housing offer - please send us your admission letter in an email.

If you have applied for a change of accommodation we will send you a housing offer in the beginning of next week. Keep in mind that you must have a registration on our website to be able to receive an offer. State your preferences clearly in the registration.

2019-10-31 - Departure form
Deadline to hand in the departure form was 2019-10-28. If you haven't contacted us to prolong your lease or apply for a change of accommodaiton your lease will end at Janaury 15, 2020.

Rent payments for second half of the semester is due 2019-10-31. This is the last rent payment for this semester.
